Product
Seven capabilities. One workspace per project.
Synz isn't a bundle of features — it's one connected system where external work happens. Each capability below exists because something currently falls between tools.
Every project gets one dedicated space.
Create a project, attach the client, and add the external teams doing the work. Files, tasks, messages, approvals and meetings all live in that space — so the state of a project is never a guess.
- For
- Companies managing freelancers, agencies and vendors on active work.
- Solves
- Project context is split across email, chat and shared drives, so nobody has the full picture.
- One workspace per project, scoped to its members
- Task checklists with assignees and due dates
- Milestones and timeline visible to client and teams
- Client and external teams see the same source of truth

Project Collaboration — as rendered in the workspace
Feedback stays attached to the file it belongs to.
Upload PDFs, images, documents and video, and preview them directly in the browser. Comments anchor to the exact page or frame. Every version is kept, so 'final_final_v7' stops being a filing system.
- For
- Teams exchanging creative work, documents and deliverables with clients.
- Solves
- Feedback arrives over email and chat, detached from the file and the version it refers to.
- In-browser preview for PDF, images, documents and video
- Comments anchored to specific pages and versions
- Full version history per file
- Clients review without downloading anything

Page 3 — can we try the headline in the lighter weight? The bold feels heavy next to the wordmark.

Good call — tried both weights, v4 compares them side by side. Uploading now.

Files, Review & Comment — as rendered in the workspace
Submit, review, revise, approve — with a record.
Work moves through a defined cycle instead of a vague 'looks good?' thread. Every decision is timestamped and attributed, and pending approvals surface reminders instead of slipping.
- For
- Anyone who needs formal client sign-off before work ships or gets invoiced.
- Solves
- Approvals happen informally and can't be proven later — or they stall silently for weeks.
- Submit → Review → Revise → Approve cycle per deliverable
- Every decision timestamped and attributed
- Reminders for pending approvals
- Approval history kept with the project record

Structured Approvals — as rendered in the workspace
Invoice from the same place the work happened.
Raise invoices tied to the project they bill for, and capture e-signatures on approved scope. Clients view, sign and handle payment from their side of the workspace. Payment collection (Razorpay) integrates in a later phase.
- For
- Companies billing external teams — and being billed by them — per project.
- Solves
- Invoices live in a separate tool with no link to the approved work they cover.
- Invoices tied to the project and its approved deliverables
- E-signature capture on scope acceptance
- Invoice status visible to both sides of the workspace
- Payment integration architecture ready for Razorpay

Conversations that can't lose their context.
Threads are scoped to the project, not a catch-all channel. Attach files directly in the conversation, and search across a project's entire history — because the discussion lives next to the work.
- For
- Clients and external teams who currently coordinate in WhatsApp or Slack.
- Solves
- Half the decisions about a project happen in chats nobody else can find afterwards.
- Threads scoped per project, not per channel
- Attach files directly into the conversation
- Search by project, person or keyword
- Client and team members in the same conversation

Uploaded homepage-v3 with the lighter headline weight. Anchored two comments on the hero section.

Reviewed — the lighter weight works. One note on the tagline spacing, added in the file.
Elena Marsh Northstar Media · Owner · 11:20
Once the tagline tweak lands, let's move this to approval so the dev team can start.
Per-Project Messaging — as rendered in the workspace
Meetings that stay attached to the project.
Schedule reviews and syncs from inside the project, pick a time, and generate the meeting link. Agendas and notes stay on the project record. A Calendly integration plugs into this UI in a later phase.
- For
- Teams running recurring client reviews, kickoffs and handover calls.
- Solves
- Meeting links, notes and follow-ups drift away from the project they were about.
- Schedule meetings from inside a project
- Meeting link generated on confirmation
- Upcoming schedule visible to both sides
- Notes and follow-ups saved to the project

Meeting Scheduling — as rendered in the workspace
The right people see the right projects — nothing more.
Workspace members you invite see only the projects and storage you assign them. Role-based permissions, private project spaces and full activity visibility keep external collaboration controlled.
- For
- Companies that can't give external parties the keys to everything.
- Solves
- Sharing folders and group chats grants far more access than the work actually requires.
- Role-based access: owner, admin, member
- Private project spaces with invite-only access
- Client-controlled storage allocation per team
- Activity visibility across uploads, approvals and invites

Security & Access Control — as rendered in the workspace
Bring your projects, people and work together.
One workspace for the work that happens outside your company — projects, external teams, files, approvals, meetings and invoices.
