These terms govern your use of Synz, provided as a paid subscription. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.
The service
Synz provides a subscription workspace for managing projects, external teams, files, approvals, invoices and meetings. Synz is a paid product; there is no free tier.
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices shown may be placeholder until publicly launched pricing is finalized.
Accounts and workspace users
The subscribing company (the client) administers the workspace and is responsible for the workspace users it invites, including freelancers, agencies, vendors and contractors.
There is no public workspace signup. Workspace credentials are issued by the client company.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Synz the limited rights needed to store, transmit and display that content within your workspace.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share files you upload, and for complying with the agreements you have with your external teams.
Acceptable use
Do not use Synz to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, and do not attempt to access workspaces or projects you are not authorized to view.
Liability
The service is provided with commercially reasonable care. Specific uptime commitments, indemnities and liability caps for Enterprise customers are set out in their order forms.
