Last updated: Draft — pending legal review

This policy describes what information Synz collects when you use the website and the product, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to synz.app and the Synz workspace product.

Information we collect

Account information: name, work email, username, and company details (business name, company name, billing address). Tax identifiers such as GST numbers are optional and provided at your discretion.

Workspace content: projects, files, comments, approvals, invoices and messages created by you and your invited workspace users. This content belongs to the client company that owns the workspace.

Usage data: product interactions and performance data used to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To operate the workspace: authentication, project scoping, storage allocation, notifications and billing.

To communicate with you about your account, security events and product changes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use workspace content for advertising.

Invited workspace users

External team members (freelancers, agencies, vendors, contractors) are invited by the client company. The client company is the administrator of their access and the content they produce inside the workspace.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete account information from workspace settings, or by contacting hello@synz.app.

Questions about workspace content controlled by a client company should be directed to that company first.

Draft notice: this document is a structural starting point for the Synz marketing website and is not legal advice. It must be reviewed and finalised by qualified counsel before any production launch.
